A little taste of Texas right here in Boston. That'd be nice!

I must say I'm just a wee bit excited at the prospect of my dad *possibly* coming up here for a quick weekend visit in early May. As in, two weeks from now! Whoa!

I just talked to my parents tonight, and my mom wouldn't be able to take off from work, but my dad is taking a couple of vacation days around then anyway to take care of some family business. So if the business is taken care of, he may be able to come up this way to hang out for a few days.

It would be nice to see my parents more than once every six months...
